Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth and fair return process, the following conditions apply:
Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically delivered to you.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, duties, or customs charges.
Items must be returned in their original condition:
Unused
Unwashed
Undamaged
With all original tags and labels attached
Items may be tried on for fit, but must not be worn beyond that.
Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes (e.g., “bracketing”) are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@aurielleavenue.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our support team will provide you with the return address of our international supplier.
Carefully package the item and ship it back at your own expense.
Ensure your shipment includes a track & trace number, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Please note that return shipments are handled internationally and may require additional time and cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed within 14 days
The amount will be returned via your original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability & Responsibility
Aurielle Avenue is not responsible for lost or missing packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
